Though this country is struggling with political issues but look at basic infrastructure like roads, streets are far better clean than Delhi Mumbai, even taxis are like Dubai and Thailand. Look at the parking sence in this less known country and this shows that we have less civilized people in India.

मेरे परदादा के छोटे भाई भी 1921 में ब्रिटिश आर्मी में उनकी पोस्टिंग बर्मा में हो गई थी और उसके बाद वो उनकी फैमिली वही रही और वो लाहौर में रहे । बादमें वो हरियाणा आ गए जहा से वो बिलॉन्ग करते थे। मेरे दादा जी भी ब्रिटिश आर्मी में थे उसके बाद उनकी पोस्टिंग मेरठ में हो गई । दादा जी बताते थे कि 1999 तक उनकी चिट्ठी भी आती थी लेकिन अब उनका कोई अता पता नहीं है 2000 के बाद से उनकी कोई चिट्ठी नही आई ।

गुजराती में नाना नानुं जैसे शब्द छोटे के लिए प्रयोग होता है । हालांकि बर्मिज् एक सिनो तिब्बती भाषा है फिर भी च्योंकि कलिंग का इस हिस्से पर सेंकड़ों वर्षों तक का शासन रहा था इसलिए यहां के भाषा पर कलिंग कि राजभाषा पाली प्राकृत का प्रभाव पड़ा था । इसलिए हजारों पाली मूल के शब्द बर्मा से लेकर के विएतनाम तक के क्षेत्रों में आज भी प्रचलन में है । मुझे लगता है यह निन्नि या निनि शब्द न्यून का बर्मीज रुप है और ओड़िआ भाषा में इसका रुप निउन रहा है ।
