Im curious if with the phallus preserving vaginoplasty procedure can the phallus be shortened as well....? To look more similar to say a cis female with a larger clitoris ?

This video is from a AMAB/MTNB angle while I was hoping for more info on AFAB/FTNB. Specifically something called a “vagina preserving Phalloplasty”

Thank you for your comment. Many AFAB individuals experience a great deal of "bottom growth" or clitoral enlargement with testosterone. Because the penis and clitoris are the same structures embryologically, the enlarged clitoris can look just like a small penis. The vaginal opening remains as is. Talk with your doctor about your specific goals, though, and good luck. Linda

Unreal, after go’ogling around I realized that Simmy Krotiel’s Bigger Blueprint was modified and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but the new stuff teaches how to make it up to four more inches bigger

Can you speak about the surgery where they preserve the scrotum as well as the penis?

Are you referring to a non-binary surgery that retains the penis and scrotum and creates a vagina? I haven't heard of that. Please tell me what you know. Linda

@@lindagromkomd Yes exactly that. on the "queerdoc" website and a few others they mention that the testicles AND scrotum may be kept, although this reduces the amount of tissue available for vulvoplasty, and the total amount of real estate available for the vaginal opening. Based on this, I am trying to understand where the vagina would go/how it would work. Apparently it is self-lubricating as well.

Interesting. I know that when more external tissue is needed, a skin graft can be taken from the waist area - bilaterally - so that scars blend in with the skin lines. As far as the internal tissue would go, I wonder if this would be a circumstance for peritoneal pull-through vaginoplasty; that would provide for lubrication. The right colon vaginoplasty also provides for self-lubrication. I see your point about limited real estate for the vaginal opening. Also, please remember, I'm not a surgeon! Linda
