The irony of Arcane is that, as good as it is, Piltover is probably the least interesting region in Runeterra. Noxus is crazy and I can’t wait for how they depict it in the next show.

There isn’t going to be a next show. Arcane didn’t make any money at all, nor did it bring anyone to League. In fact, League has 30 MILLION LESS players now than they did after season ONE released. Arcane was great but Riot lost $200 million on it. The shows have to make money and they did not.

The two people talking at the end are Leblanc and Vladimir the founders of The Black Rose. You might already know Leblanc from Arcane season 2. It was the shadow figure who killed Ambessa and tried to manipulate Mel. Vladimir is the first hemomancer (blood mage). Just like Leblanc he is ancient, like 1000+, and he uses hemomancy to make himself look younger.

The Red haired assassin's name is Katarina and the spiderwoman's name is Elise. Elise is an elite agent of the Black Rose. The ball was a Black Rose party where several "main characters" were present for different reasons. Whenever Riot continues their next animation project it will be a continuation of the overarching narrative of Arcane but with a new name and it will most likely surround Mel in Noxus.
