You always do such beautiful clocks. This one being just the frame, it should be easy to come up with new like shells for it. You could pretty much turn anything into a clock.

I have a question, can the 10min-flaps be reduced to 3?

Theoretically possible, however, such mechanism has several disadvantages. The angle of rotation for 1 step (10 minutes) increases from 60deg to 120deg, so the linkage between digits might be complicated. Currently gears and motors are in the 10min-wheel, but it should be placed outside if we apply same mechanism to 10min. The gap (distance) between 1min and 10min should be as small as possible, and it might be larger if flip mechanism is applied.
