A big problem as well was Radiant took a lot of outnumbered fights, especially in the late game. SS was almost never in any fight since he was either farming or already dead.

Timber is really a good counter to AM though. The best way to beat AM is to actually have no mana pool, since he only does bonus damage to you when he drains your mana. So, since Timber gains armour when getting hit, and having no mana, AM will actually do no damage to him

@@cavalyn Yeh, but it's based off of each point of missing mana. So if you have a small mana pool, then there's only so much damage you can take

@@cavalyn Yes his ult does damage based on how much Mana you're missing. Not usually the biggest deal for timber who builds Magic resist and has decent health but it can kill you team if they are nearby.

The tide has a vanguard. Herald gaming. For people that aren’t as knowledgable about dota. Vanguard and tide’s passive ability kraken shell don’t work together meaning vanguard a 2150 gold item is just wasted. It’s similar to buying two boots, you don’t get the movement speed increase from both, only one.

Honestly, in a lane like this as Timber you just kinda accept you'll have no mana and not even dodge the suck/mana burn. I mean you can see that AM is even leveling burn up, so if you just say "fuck it" and stay, then he'll immediately lose a big bit of dmg once you hit 0 mana and you can just slap him around while you regen his piddly damage back up. It looks very bad and annoying at first glance and it is, but if they go in so hard on the mana burn, they kinda start wasting their skills and time if you just adjust.

These videos are good other than the strange editing decision to zoom in the camera on the 'avatars' of Pyrion and Lewis like at 11:20... like it's not actually them, and im trying to watch the game. Stop zooming in on these images, it doesnt make it easier to hear or understand them... or anything. It's just annoying. I mean even at 9:25 we can't even see what pyrion is mousing over ffs.
