Fantastic list and you chose ones with great camera angles. The Powell one was particularly good as you see the gi across the neck which you never really get to see so clearly. Makes me feel like I’m right next to them watching it. It’s also the first vid where I can see how the choke works (you know but can rarely see it work). Please keep up the good work. And please do more of these submission videos and maybe a choke list, especially dramatic chokes like bow and arrow where you can visibly see it applied with the gi across the neck. Do you have the receveux pinard choke from Astana 2015? That’s a textbook bow and arrow but it was deleted on YT

I would have liked to see the girl in the final clip do a forward roll. She had time to do so. She didn't necessarily have to give up osaekomi but she needed to roll forward and scramble. If someone applies waki gatame you have to summersault out of it immediately, or your arm is broken IMHO.

Interesting compilation. I think the best is nr.3. (started at 5:12). It is amazing work in newaza, when Tori switched lot of techniques and controlled uke the whole time. Interesting is nr.14 too. Here Pupp Reka starts osaekomi kata gatame and joins with it sode guruma jime and she forces opponent to tap earlier. And answer on your question about action nr.5. is: your clasification is right it is kata te jime.

Yes, she is screaming. She has a dislocated elbow. She tried not to give up. So, she was the cause of her injury. As a judo player, YOU must know when to give up. Otherwise, you will lose BOTH the match and your health (in some matches).

She is beautiful crying but she had to give up!!! It can be said that Judo teaches you to surrender; in life you have to know how to lose but most do not understand it, less will assume it! She was back competing after a week anyway; although good: again he succumbed but not in such a tragic way!
