Hi Doctor! This is informative cideo 😊 Let me share with you that yesterday i got hifu with combination of three different depths, 1, 3 and, 4.5 mm. Lets see the results. can you please guide after how many week should need to go for this to gradually improve results or you will either suggest me any other. i did this first time. age is 33 😇

Thanks very much for sharing. You provided some great detail. There are so many variables including energy power, the sin type, laxity, age, body response etc etc. Your provider can answer best as they have examined these points. Thank you for watching.

@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Narla Scott thanks for commenting. If we can ask... was your friend a good candidate? Was there minimal skin laxity? The #1 reason for failure is inappropriate candidate. Most commonly someone needs plasmasculpt or surgery first.
@NarlaScott4 жыл бұрын
@@rajanimdskincare in fairness my friend has the most perfect skin at 33, better than a 20 year old. No sign of age at all...but that's because she cares for it everyday with creams , serums, masks and oils etc. So I didn't notice a difference because there was no aging to begin with. She said she had some spots shed been looking at under a magnifying mirror and had seen no difference post Hifu
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Narla Scott that makes sense also. Expectations. One’s expectations are important . The question then becomes will she age at a slower rate from the colagen production. At 33 one will age faster than at 30 and some will therefore say “ I aged faster after treatment” . Since there is no study control No one knows. The aging process for all of us varies. It accelerates as we age, hormones, sun, genetics, smoking etc etc. thanks for sharing.

Hi Doc, great stuff, as usual. I listen to you when I’m driving. Let’s say you did RF or HIFU body and face treatments. Most often, you’re sold a package for once a week treatments with monthly maintenance. At what point is too much too much? What happens to your body/face with constant exposure to these energies? Thank you!!! 😁

Great point and it depends on energy levels but every 6 weeks for my device on the face. Less interval for body. The skin and protein denaturation needs to heal in between treatments.

Hi Dr Raj. I am a UK Aesthetic Doctor. I have brachial plexus damage (demyelination) following HIFU over my clavicle area by a rep demonstrating a new machine. This has resulted in permanent weakening of muscles around my shoulder. Have you come across nerve damage with HIFU before?

Will this go back to normal? Thank you in advance.

It works both ways. It easily happens the other way around as well. You provider’s responsibility is to provide viable options for skin age with realistic expectations. A skin age of 60 needs a very different treatment plan than 40. If a person walks in with a sore knee snd it is bone on bone... it needs replacing. Kyt H some co2 now has RF built in but imo thats more of a gimmick. True co2 is 10,600 nm wavelength laser. It used to be fully ablative but is now fractional meaning a portion of the tissue is left untreated to help healing. I like co2 very much but a few sessions are needed and a good treatment takes 1-3 weeks downtime. There are potential side effects but I m a fan of it.

Is all of this marvelous treatments affordable? Amazing!
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Affordable is different to each person. Some say 5000 is no problem, others say 50$ is too much. Thus it is relative. Some people expect mild tightening, others expect to look 30 years younger.

Could you please do a video on tripolar RF like the Venus company has and EndyMed?
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Yes. The concepts are the exact same as my video on hifu vs rf
@mymom94664 жыл бұрын
Dr. Anil Rajani thank you very much for your reply. Is the safety and efficacy of unipolar, bipolar, and tripolar RF the same in your experience? Is there a reason you prefer Viora over Venus or EndyMed?

What are your thoughts on thermage?
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
I used to use it. In the right client, with a good provider it does the job. Results are not a facelift but for most a subtle tightening. Be honest with yourself and make sure for the $$ you are happy with subtle.
@MyMaria12244 жыл бұрын
Dr. Anil Rajani what about Morpheus 8 for tightening?
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
melissa pintone same applies to the bipolar rf portion but it also typically includes microneedle RF. I have a video here on ipl combined with vfr ( not yet available in USA) but will give you an idea. Thanks for watching.

I has thermage in 2005 when I turned 50. It was excruciatingly painful. I didn't notice any improvement and I developed small nodules (collegen?) around my forehead for several years. Maybe the process has improved, but never again!
@katc94054 жыл бұрын
so would you recommend Thermage on the upper cheek area and avoid the forehead right?
@rajanimdskincare4 жыл бұрын
Kat C I like the viora type of device where I can fully adjust the temperature and depth. I no longer offer thermage but I have in the past.

cool Guy very important to get a consult. Sometimes it is from a fat body, sometimes age, genes, medications etc etc. Your provider can provide options.

Doctor, first thank you for your videos!! I need your advice, I have gotten fillers,PDO threads. The so called thread lift did help slightly, whole face & my marionette lines or my jowls. I have tried to plump lips to no avail my lips suck up everything 😢. My last procedure was PDO along lip lines with very little results. It’s been 2 months I give up having lips. I have gotten so far 2 EMatrix treatments, due a 3rd after COVID-19 is over! What are your thoughts on that treatment and any suggestions for lips for women like me (69) whom fillers literally last a month or two at best? Oh I did have a total facelift at 50, which I’m very thankful I was able to do! The pic you see here was Dec 2019, about a month after last filler of Versa. I have had sessions of Juvaderm, Vobella in lips beginning September 19 total gone. Versa did last longer & left me with some lips as of now. But not sure if it’s the PDO that’s actually the working element? I wish I could see YOU😕 I’m so frustrated with the money spent for really none to not much results. Any advice would be appreciated.

Edy Crawford Thank you and for sharing your journey. For lips it is important to assess so hard for me to answer. I use defyne if other fillers do not last and kysse was just fda approved. One can also do permanent. For threads watch my pdo lip video. It will depend on the amount and type of threads.. I love ematrix especially after plasmasculpt.
