This is one reason I like Dr. Rajani. He not only 'talks the talk' but he 'walks the walk'. It makes him a better doctor because if a procedure is going to be painful, he knows. I've watched too many docs on KZbin jabbing and poking patients, oblivious to their wincing in pain. Male docs are especially guilty.

One more think I love about him is that he is always talking about "us",people, not just about women. Everyone want to be beautiful or looks good for the age.

@@kite6864 Well, everything lifted and tightened. My jowls are beginning their journey downtown, so it pulls them back up. Which it’s not severe. It ironed out my surface wrinkles. Especially on my forehead. My neck is super smooth now. It actually looks better than it did in my 20’s. I always had neck lines. I’m about to be 43 and I look early 30’s and are sometimes am mistaken for late 20’s. Last time I did it was August and I’m now starting to see the fine lines appearing again on my forehead and my jowls aren’t as tight. Other than that the eye area is still in great shape. I will do this treatment for the rest of my life. You don’t happen to be in so-cal? If so my guy is great. He does 4 treatments in one. Calls it a butterfly facelift.

This channel makes me wish I’d gone into aesthetics. I love seeing the blend of health / aesthetics/ innovation. Isn’t it amazing what humans have invented technology wise when you think about it? amazes me every day!😃 I was wondering Dr Anil, if you could shed some light on the efficacy of the so called ‘non - surgical rhinoplasty’ - which involves nose exercise/ yoga techniques that I keep seeing on KZbin . I don’t mean the type of non- surgical rhino-p’s that are performed in a clinic using filler, but the ones where ppl claim that applying pressure to the nasal cartilage ( such as to hanging columella) can alter its shape or make the nose shorter over time . I keep waiting for the person to say “joke! Just kidding haha” at the end of the videos but they don’t! And even stranger is people in the comments section saying “omg I tried this for a month and it works!!” ??? 🤣🤣 Surely it’s physically impossible to affect nose length and shape by simply pressing on it right ? I don’t want to link a specific video as i isn’t want to shame anyone but if you search there’s a lot of then out there . Could you dispel this myth please ( or confirm if you think it can work ?😆) Thanks x

i don't agree at all with the doctor. i had ultherapy and lost a lot of fat on my face. i went to a doctor to do it. Why did the doctor have to leave the state he practices in to find a safe provider. He himself stated how important a good provider is. If there are so few providers who know what they are doing yet the manufacturer sells to pretty much anyone who is willing to buy they are irresponsible and from my experience its not worth the risk. It aged me at least 10 years and i'm not the only one. BE VERY CAREFUL OR BETTER YET DON"T DO IT.

Luckily I only had my lower face & neck done. It was a terrible mistake. A few months later I had a lower face & neck lift due to all the sagging skin which wasn't there prior. Dear Dr Rajani, thank you so much for doing this. If someone wants to do fat freezing for their jowls and also HIFU or ultherapy , what order should they do them in ?
@ladybaabaa32942 жыл бұрын
I'm no expert, but I personally would do the fat freezing first, as it's sucking your skin into the cryolipolisis hand piece, and that skin is a bit delicate as it's on the face (jowl) and maybe submentum (under the chin), and then over a few months, the fat "dies" and is excreted through the body's normal elimination processes, and the skin itself usually retracts a bit (depending on your age). So then, I'd do the skin tightening / Ultherapy / HIFU after that. Like several months after that, as... 1. You'll be able to see the final results of the fat freezing before doing anything else, 2. Any skin laxity leftover from the fat freezing can then be tightened, 3. I personally would prefer NOT to have my skin tightened and then just as my collagen is trying to be created and increased, a mini vacuum comes in and sucks that skin into the shape of a stick of butter! lol

Thank you Dr. Anil Rajani for replying. Means a lot and I'm honored! The clinician / provider suggested pdo threads over ultherapy because - she mentioned that I had fillers done in the past >4month ago and ultherapy would make it "dissolve" ..

Where is this being done Doctor Raj?

I've been wanting to get this done for the longest time, but it's hard finding a good dermatologist that can do it and it's expensive.

☆Why Yess, we all need a "thick & juicy dermis!"😁 I want to try this maybe twice a year. I was always afraid of this procedure as I learned about it years ago when it 1st hit the market & people were saying it aged their face & it dragged their skin down or something such as that. I saw photos & it wasn't good & so I said No to this. But seeing how Dr. Rajani's skin looks great & maybe the device was improved..I'll probably have it done!😊

How do we know a provider would have a similar level of expertise?
@rajanimdskincare2 жыл бұрын
Ask questions and research. Also ask your friends. The BEST providers are not found on groupon, google or in search engines but rather word of mouth. The best rarely advertise and rarely offer "specials".

I had to watch this to calm my fears. I had one HIFU treatment done and after which, I heard about the damage it’s caused to so many women. I already have cheek wrinkles, smokers lines and a crease above one eyebrow at age 45 so I fear this worsening in the coming months after having fat potentially damaged. I started out with the wrinkles but am watching carefully for loosening skin over the next while. I hope my results are similar to yours.

How is your result?
@missmelissa35734 ай бұрын
@@liudmilakatinaite9410 so far no changes that I can see except crepey skin on the neck which I never had before. The question is, is it age or HIFU? I am 45 after all so changes are bound to occur; however my older sister who’s 10 years older than me has perfect skin on her neck.
