Fred, won’t be able to make it to Satsang for a little, currently in between jobs. I’ve revisited this video a few times now but today was the most clear I’ve been since my last “glimpse”. I felt lucid very very clear, even had the experience of the body vanishing and when you spoke I just knew deep down with great clarity that it was me speaking to me as awakeness. I felt a tremendous amount of peace, almost overwhelming, if that makes sense. And I fell in the trap of the experience of sensations and started to confuse the finger for the moon and I fell back in. Regardless, I am grateful. Stubborn I guess lol I will get this.

the attachment to the thinking body mind keeps detaching for a few minutes on and off every night for the past few days. 15 years of lazily being interested in this stuff has done it. not effort. its like the mind has the structure of all the teachings in its memory and so randomly the thought patterns travel along the path of non-dual pointers and then the mind just gives up. i think some thinking is still going on but the seeing keeps popping into the foreground. the awakening that was the first of these mini glimpses was not glamorous. I may have been high on substances and sitting on a public toilet in a park when suddenly the though came that I didnt need to be attached to the thoughts. and it was like life energy separated from thought energy and yet though energy was still contained in the life energy. Thanks fred for being one of the many who provided the pointers.

My comments continued. Goal is to get undressed before a bath by removing clothing. Hi Fred, Unit Fred who as George Harrison has also “lives in this material world!” Unit peter does, as well as we all do! I made an observation to nothingness fred. Fred called it a criticism which is a criticism. Right fred? Fred said Peter was “dead meat” what ever that meant as it seemed to be some sort of criticism which is nothing but words as what this message is as well!! That Peter Is saying now. No one fred said “cut his pay in half which he says is half of nothing!” The mind of Peter laughs knowing fred, his a unit wife and family who are being lived, and all needs to eat, pay rent, survive in this outside world and must have an income! And clearly he does, fred being lived in this material world must nourish his body and tend to It and take care of it especially as it ages as we all do,vaccinations for Covid and regular dentist and doctor visits! For him and his family who fred cares about and ❤️ Etc. I’m sure also has medical insurance as well. Peter knows that iOS absolutely trueas fred does as well. Say it unit Fred. “I am yes! But I am lived as the presence in the material world! And have the same needs as unit fred! Yes my ego still lives in Peters no mind. freds does as well. No one fred surviving in the outside world would certainly not want to claim that half unit Fred’s income is nothing, please be clear with metaphors Peter does not mean in any way to be critical of fred! Ever! fred is a gift to Peter and his ability to transmit knowing has no words, his awareness IS always and will be, I love his being as in this infinite Now! Freds ego and mind which clearly exists is quite experienced, it’s ability to scoot around by utilizing his non duality ( which Peter tries to remain knowing and aware of as often as he can) terminology and metaphors to not often, when necessary speak clearly in this illusionary material world that we all occupy and should be clear about that! The contracted energy in the body is the origin of this knowing. This body is what is. Yet, it feels separate. It is the essence of duality. Paying attention to the contracted energy in the body is not a 'practice' that can take 'you' on a journey to find liberation. There is only what is and the contracted energy in the body is also what is. What is cannot be known by what is. There is no subject which can know all there is as an object. Awareness is knowing. Consciousness is awareness. Conscious awareness is knowing. Awareness of awareness is knowing. BUT. Knowing is separation and separation is duality. There is only what is and it includes everything - all there is. There is not two. There is not what is and the knowing of what is. Any attempt to know what is, is what is already. There is no separation. There is no knowing. Only unknowing.
