So roasted almonds means to cook them in a pan for a little bit before blending? Sry I kno this sounds like a dumb question but I don’t kno how to cook and I’m terrible at it. Tryin to teach myself and get better where I can at least cook the basics so thank you! 😊

Toasting them deepens the flavor. But watch them because it's easy to burn them. When you get a good toasty fragrance and a little color they are done. Don't be afraid to fail, we all ruin some dishes when we are learning. Good luck and have fun!
