Can you have a shallow combustion chamber cylinder head with 4.500 bore, 40 or 36 degree chamber and 2.5 intake, 2.00 exhaust valve ???

I've seen the 4.8 hemi make 3300hp idk if it's got the blower or without it. The 4.9 hemi makes 4000hp
