Teemo jungle only works if you get team support, when i see teemo in jung im at his red or blue waiting for him. I know that he will have trouble farming early so I will kill him at his first red or blue unless his team helps him. If he gets team supp and gets ahead than its viable if not he is just another jungle farm bonus. Also gold rank is low elo. Anything under diamond is low elo some will say that diamond is low elo.

Teemo is useless most of the time. Mushrooms don't do such a big damage in teamfights. Teemo himself is a very squishy dude and since his AA has very short range he gets killed quite often. The most useful thing he does is disabling enemy auto attackers and map control by mushrooms.
