NordicTrack Commercial 2450 - Incline Stuck - DIY Repair

In this video I walk through the steps I took to repair the brand new NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill that was stuck on incline. This video required a new circuit board from the manufacturer. I walk through the steps to replace that circuit board.

Huge thanks to you. I was having the same problem on my Commercial 2959. However, mine's on a ship currently at sea. Turns out unplugging and plugging back in all of the cables on that board got it working, at least for the one being.

I have the Commercial 2950 and did the same thing - unplugged everything on that board, dusted it, and plugged them back in. Incline works again! Hope it lasts.

Great video. I had the same issue. All I did was the recalibrating step and it worked for me. Didn’t have to buy another piece.

I cleaned the base of the incline motor where there's a opening to the base of the treadmill and it worked...just a new calibration and that's it!

Im having same issue on mine. Can i ask you...when it wasn't inclining were you sill able to change the incline % on screen? Mine changes to what ever I set it to but incline motor wont do anything. Also when i try to calibrate nothing happens and says calibration complete. Did yours do same?

Heya. I can't seem to locate the board you replace here on the diagram. It doesn't seem to be the main controller board. Do you recall what it what named or even better the part #?

I have the same problem with a 2450 that is 2 months old. Red LED light blinks 2 times then pause then blinks 4 times. This is some error code. Do you know the part number of the board they sent you? The number ZG0279 did not reference in any parts list. I have a ticket in so it should be covered, but someone with a model outside of warranty might have trouble looking up this part.

When I was on the phone with support they didn’t convey what the lights mean.

How do you fold yours? The manual says adjust incline to 0 before folding. But mine can’t fold at 0. I have to fold it at max incline otherwise I’d definitely break something.

That's very weird - I can lift the deck of mine a bit at any angle but it only folds up completely at 0-degrees. Maybe your incline is out of calibration and what you think is 0 isn't?

@@enmodo i found out why after a day or two: the damn power cord got in between the frame and the ramp 😂
