Thanks. I just did mine. Another option is unplug the tail light underneath the truck and use a multi meter to see what wire has power when in reverse.

Liquid electric tape is the best for this in my experience repairing so many audi headlights including my own. The Liquid tape covers way better

Look for the violet with black stripe wire on the rear of the inside fuse box, opposite side of the fuses, its on the upper right corner, it feeds 12V when you engage reverse. It'll avoid having to connect at the rear tail light.

Just an FYI in case you do any further wiring, there are almost always extra holes cut into the cabs of pickups for this exact reason, they are filled with a rubber plug to prevent water ingress. You can pop out the plug and put a hole in it to pass the wire through. If it looks like you need to, you can fill in any gaps around the plug's new hole with sealant - no need to drill new holes in the cab. Also, if you didn't do so, make sure that you paint the new hole so that it doesn't rust. I put a backup camera on the tailgate latch of my Dakota as well, but rather than drill a hole through the plastic there is a lot of open area underneath the handle where you can feed the wire.

That test is only good for when the engine compression migrates to the surges tank , positive pressure though. If it’s getting sucked in, it would be burned in the cylinders and out the exhaust which can show as a slight amount of stem at all times.

Always, always. always check to see if the new bulb works correctly before putting everything back together...unless you like taking things back apart again. LEDs draw less current than halogen bulbs so it is common to get what is called "hyper flashing" due to a fault where the TIPM/BCM thinks the low current is due to a burned out bulb. If you run across that problem then you will need some load resistors.

Will make it much easier to jack stand the front end and remove the front wheels then you'll will have plenty of room. I have done plenty of timing belts/water pump/t stat, and A8, A4, and TT cars

I cleaned the base of the incline motor where there's a opening to the base of the treadmill and it worked...just a new calibration and that's it!

Those are the firewall plenum drains, not the condensate drains. The condensate drains exit into the transmission tunnel between the sheet metal and the heat shielding. They’re not accessible from underneath, only from inside the car.
