Rob works at Centre 81, a day centre in Gorleston that works with adults with disabilities.
Rob worked in sales for Coca-Cola and ran a huge team of people. As he got older, he realised his pace was slowing down, his circumstances changed and he realised he wanted to spend more time with his family and that a change in career might be on the cards.
Having volunteered at Centre 81 for some time, and thoroughly enjoyed the positive impact he had on the lives of the people the centre works with, he was offered a flexible job working as Assistant Facilitator and loves it. They do all sorts of activities that people wouldn't be able to do at home with their families, at the centre and also out and about in the community. It's all about what the people can do, not what they can't.
