According to the Romanian authority's statements about Tate's "videos where he speaks about the context and content of his unlawful actions" they have him via confessions and social media posts. It's just a matter of getting the case into a court room in proper format. You cant conduct a trial by having people review social media posts. The posts have to have some factual basis of relevance to a specific alleged victim.

First of all, we do not know that the prosecutor does not have any evidence, because the investigation is ongoing, and the prosecutor is not going to show his hand until a charging decision is made. The Romanian process is not one that is shared in systems that derive from English common law, but it is not unique, and Romania is a sovereign state, and international law does not prevent it from having a system of preventetive detention, with judicial oversight. You cannot conclude the process is corrupt just because you don't like it, when you haven't seen the evidence. And Tate chose to go to Romania, because he could do what he wanted there, and he could be free. Aside from whether there is any evidence that he did any of the things that he has said that he did (which is what would be needed for a conviction), and all of that stuff - which I assume is what you're referring to when you say you don't agree with it - is just a persona, it's a very big part of his persona, and it's getting pushed at teenage boys. No-one should be surprised that a lot of people - parents, teachers, law-makers, women, LGBTQ, all kinds of people - find him problematic, and for the life of me, I don't see how it fits with the values of Islam. If he is a Muslim, then he's not a particularly good one. I don't care what his faith, he can still be a bad man. His conversion does not seem to have involved any renunciation or remorse for his life as - his words - a webcam pimp. Or his operation of Hustler's University as a pyramid scheme, which I'm pretty sure is not legal Sharia law, and definitely illegal under the laws of most developed nations, because it's a scam. But looking at his known businesses, the webcams and the training courses, how have they made him $billions in under five years? That doesn't add up. He has lots of companies registered in various places, but none of them file accounts, or pay taxes. Where has all the money come from, or gone to? Money laundering is not merely a bit of tax-evasion (which can be a very serious crime in itself) or 'not paying a parking fine', it's the process of hiding the proceeds of organised crime. So what the investigation may be doing is following the money - or trying to find it. Who is Top G? Is he really a gangster? Did he go to Romania to be closer to the mafia? I don't know, but one thing he's got is a fucking big gob. That's not a crime in itself, but I don't think he should be surprised that it has drawn him more attention than he intended. Whether you like it or not, we're just going to have to wait and see.

The Tate brothers are innocent about the models last year they only promote 1 model with me and prefer to make more friendship with the girls and travel i guess they prefer other business than the models but they weren't interested in the models business last year as years before 2022. but I wonder why romania do not make problems to the more of 300 web cam studios on bucharest paying much less to the girls that's my intrigue specially when the Tate brothers were on other business with less problems already last year. From everything Tam has been saying about Andrew behind closed doors is that he is a better practicing Muslim than the majority of Muslims in the world today, since his conversion. A lot of non Muslims like to think it’s a PR move because they don’t like Islam but love Tate. Islam is the truth, the way of life prescribed by God to all humanity. Tate simply recognised this and submitted his will to God because he is humble and knows his final destination.
