From what I heard in an interview he wrote almost all of those jokes but the bad ones he would make out was someone else and the use of cards was to make everyone guess which ones and if he ever got stick for a joke he would just blame the card lol genius! 😆

The Steve in question is Steve O'Donnell. He is a writer who has a pretty insane resume. Wrote on Seinfeld, the Chris Rock Show, David Letterman (Late Night), Simpsons, etc. Also, he's won a bunch of Emmy awards for outstanding writing on shows.

It's unlikely but I think we're all hoping that there is another like him. Norm died far too young. The world was robbed of a great comedic mind the day he passed away... And I didn't even know he was sick! I miss that ol chunk of coal.
