The only celebrity's death that makes me teary-eyed, reminds me of that tragedy..

The most tragic thing to happen in the month of September was Norms death

@anitamccall4051 so true, although I do remember the terrible news of that Albert Fish fella also in September, but that guy was a real jerk..

I actually cried in my car on break that day. It felt like I lost an uncle or something. His son’s name is even Dylan as well🥲

I was in Norway first time I heard Norm 15 years ago. I cried laughing. 10 years later I was driving from San Diego for 3 hrs to see him live. There's not a clip online I haven't seen. Especially Dennis Miller radio show when Norm called in. I cried for real whole day when he died. Such a punch in the gut, couldn't get over it for a while. Genius hiding behind comedy.

NORM and Patrice are my two favorite comics ever. I love that you love both of them. They were so alike and come from two different worlds. Great reaction. Thank you

Norm's on the Mt Rushmore for comedians, no question. He tanked his own career just because someone had the audacity to tell him what (more like who) not to joke about and that was like placing a red button in front of Stimpy.

Norm kept the secret of his diagnosis from everyone, for years. He still went out doing comedy with his pals. Not everyone ‘got’ his humor, he is a comedians comedian- meaning that most of what he did was to crack up his fellow funny people. Brave man, sorely missed.

Hi from Ireland. Just subbed off of this, Norm was such an original, which is a phrase that is frustratingly null and void since, in terms of North American mainstream comedy. I feel like this is one reason Norm felt such an affinity with - and even awe for - certain major comedy figures from this side of the pond.

This guy in the video had to distance himself from Norms jokes like his watching it with his Mom. I think that added to the comedy though.

The jokes Norm told about his dad catching him smoking stuff were from a TV show called ‘Star Search’. Unknowns would compete for a contract. Norm was a nightclub comedian getting his first National TV time in the states. He lost btw! Still very funny.

In private either Norm wouldn't allow Adam to directly deny any accusations of being a holocaust denier so Adam would be forced into skirting the issue which in turn made him look guilty or Adam just always played along haha these two played around together like that
@normie27167 ай бұрын
Or he was just your every day Holocaust denier and felt no reason to say otherwise. Fervent in his beliefs kinda thing.

Another thing he had for Norm was he had to ask every guest : 'where do you get your material?). No comedian likes to be asked that question. So Adam's stuck in another hole. BTW Adam is Jewish. How many people of the Jewish persuasion are Holocaust deniers?
