Small correction about snipers shooting legs at knee level or below. That doesn't cause paralysis, which a spinal cord injury would cause. But it would require prosthetic limbs/feet and reconstructive surgery as Norman states, which are huge drains on the Palestinian medical system. You could say they would be disabled for life, but not paralyzed.

i just noticed Dr. finkelstein was tearing up at the end of the video, he is truly a man with a big heart who sees other humans as equal to himself and has the humanity to put himself in their shoes and share their pain. the fact that the number of heroes like him in this world are only limited to the number of the fingers in our hands says alot about where humanity has gone.
