Norman Foster: Cities Without Infrastructure

Lord Foster, the founding director of Foster+Partners, addresses the challenges of urbanisation and sustainability, looking at how a philosophy of ‘doing more with less’ can help generate design solutions. Using examples from around the world he discusses the nature of innovation and the power of advocacy.
