Half mile away is a shooting range(Ashe County Wildlife Club is a shooting range). This property is in good hearing distance of the noise created by the range. The HOA doesn't allow the use of guns but plenty of bang bang noise will be heard at this property. Woow Landio, really? You forgot to mention the shooting range.

@LoftisforTreasurer - one fall afternoon in the mid 2000s, Sally Jewell, the current the CEO of REI, and future Secretary of the DOI, was at App state to give a speech. She opened with pronouncing Appalachian the same way this guy did. Ya know what happened? Immediately booed, and not just by a couple of students. by everyone including most staff. She apologized, corrected herself, and continued. They take that words pronunciation seriously.
