North Korea has announced that they will be sending troops to the Donetsk Oblast in under month, officially beginning North Korea's involvement in the war. The Russian federation has decided to exhcange sensitive nuclear weapon and missile information with North Korea in exchange for ammunition and direct involvement in the war. Meanwhile Israel is continuing to move troops towards the Lebanese border, with the US now saying evacuations may begin soon. A coup occured in Bolivia today by an Army General. The Coup was a failure and the general has been arrested. Meanwhile on the frontlines of Ukraine Russian losses continue to mount.

North Korea has said they will send a "military engineering unit" to Donbass. That sounds like railroad workers for the new line Russia so desperately needs, not fighting forces. Russia has agreed to supply nuclear technology to N. Korea, which means drawings and schematics, not operational ICBM's. In particular, they're talking about the warhead bus, which is a trickier piece of equipment than it sounds. It doesn't just drop the warheads like a cluster bomb. Each has to be timed precisely to hit the correct spot after re-entry. They don't have guidance systems. The sky isn't falling yet. It's just getting a step or two closer to doing so.

The "engineers" north Korea sent are in reality trainers, probably sent some of their Sargent/teachers to learn how to use Russian equipment and how to train to the specific tactics they are using in Ukraine. I think it would take at the soonest 6 months but most likely over a year before north Korean solders are trained and deployed if ever
