0.1% is wack, how many Indian and Chinese people do you think have tried lasagna? Here in India, pizza and pasta are common but lasagna is SUPER rare. And these two groups make up more than 34% of the global population. So the egg's not in as small a club as you think.

Now baked whitefish and shrimp over penne, THAT's flavorful" lmao okay food theorist, maybe don't say that a food with one of the highest concentration of natural glutamates "lacks flavor" lmao, the only way to add more would be to dump in either a shitload of spices, a half-cup of MSG for that nice dorito tang, or some weird fermented sauce/preserve that would fuck up the flavor profile even more than the previous two options. Nevertheless, if I can make 80% as good of a 'sagna at home than I can get at a high end restaurant, but can maybe make 30% as good of a fresh crab pasta as at the restaurant, Im taking the crab pasta over the lasagna every time. I do agree the way I worded it was a bit heavily worded, but I still agree with my point.
