@12:30 I hate to be that guy, but the music in game there is modern warehouse techno, which is focused on a heavily reverbed kick and sidechained minimal bass. The key differentiator between house and techno is that house has more rhythmic elements (kick, hat, snare giving the "boots'n'cats" sound) and house tracks are all about the breakdown and drop, while techno has no real format. That being said, all genres are just constructions so that people can sell music on beatport ;)
