It is a chair, professionally designed to seat any and every human of any body type to sit on and upkeep a good posture for longer than an hour with no breaks whatsoever. It is the marvel of chair technology. It should be the end goal of any person looking to upgrade their seating furniture. Chair companies instead of updating the office chair formula or strapping padded racing seats on wheels; should find a way to put barber chairs on wheels whilst keeping every single function.

exercise ball is really good if you got a weak back and the ball is the correct size. The instability forces the back muscles to work and stabilize instead of the chair. It really does help build some muscles but its only good for a couple of hours a day or the lack of support will start to cause issues.
