Joe that dinner definitely looked delicious to me and I’d definitely say it would work for me for sure!!! Joe I have a solo stove. The only time it smokes is when you first light it, very similar to that one. There is a grilling attachment that you have to buy separately. I did not because my family just cooks s’mores and hotdogs over ours

It burns the wood fairly slow since it is kind of double burning it. Nice slow fire that puts out a ton of heat.

These are nice little stoves. My cousin has had one a couple of years. He left it out in the elimates and did not clean it out after each use and it has not held up well. He.paid.350 for his in early 2021.

This uses the same concept as the new wood stoves. My new stove is actually labeled energy efficient and can be used as a tax right off. On a full box I don't have to feed it for 10 hours. Cut my wood consumption way down.

Totally different taste when cooked over a fire and you know it. This is not supposed to be a replacement, This is something to add to the cooking arsenal for me. This is actually a fire pit that you can sit around with less smoke but what made me say yes to trying it was the fact that I could cook on it. I will stick to my Oklahoma Joe grills as well but when I want that wood fired taste, this thing is perfect.
