TIP: If your camper has the typical roof vent / skylight you can cut the bubble foil about a 1/4 inch bigger than the opening and push it up into the vent. Lots of sunlight comes in from them.

Good to see your latest video @ the camper. I was curious to hear the outcome of the effectiveness of reflective bubble wrap on the sunniest windows to reduce interior heat during hot days, and your results are encouraging. I have seen some other ppl specifically use a brand name Reflectix, did you a generic brand of reflective bubble wrap? I used to use aluminum foil, thinking it would help, my results were minimal. I’m thinking the air interface if the wrap may be the key to reducing the heat from the sun. Any ideas? It is a regular mobile home, old model, and also an old rented house, same issue with summer heat. Thank you Joe, enjoyed the birds in the background at times as well as camper highlights as I said. Thank you for sharing with us.

Adding insulation to your windows, is only a very small portion of your issue, for keeping things cooler. Manufacturing processes pinches money everywhere. Bought a cougar, with the Arctic package, only to find out, there was ZERO insulation past the speakers in the ceiling. How much more, didn’t they do?
