Yes, they currently allow 12 sealed non-alcoholic 12 oz cans per person.

That "strange 220V plug" is used in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, and China. The reason why that plug was installed in the Firenze's cabins is because when it was originally built for Costa, the ship was originally slated to do Asian cruises out of China until the COVID-19 Pandemic put a kibosh on those plans.
