Thanks Jonathan! I am far from a master in the construction field, so I try not to advise on this type of work. I usually only state what I know in hopes it may help someone else like myself. I had to dig up most of this info or consult someone with much more experience on the topic. It seems A-frame structures are never documented well and can be crafted in a lot of different ways. Construction is one of the most debated topics on the internet aside from politics, many ways to get it right and wrong. It is great to hear that you have found a lot of what we shared useful in your project. I would love to see pictures of your smaller A-frame construction. Hey! The taxable square footage of our cabin is about 840 square feet. Sort of small still but much more than we currently live in. I think the tallness makes it look bigger than it is 😄. We are excited to get it finished up and move in! Thank you for the kind words!
