This video was super cute and wholesome, made me think about how young you are (content creators in general) and how old I have become. I was at least already at university when all those games came out, but I definitely played a couple (Minecraft specially). My nostalgic games are all from SNES and N64, some PC games like AoE and a hundred games that came on CDs I bought that were special issues from a spanish magazine. Love your content, please upload more often, and I would like to know if you will ever activate the memberships for the channel.

I’m on the cusp of my mid 20s, and didn’t relate to everything on here, but hearing someone just plainly nerd out over stuff like poptropica, territory war, and older iOS games for half an hour was awesome. I think that even though everyone has their own experience with a given title, games broadly connect people in a such a special way. And absolutely buy another Wii, it’s still affordable, has a fantastic library and (with a bit of cable management) she doesn’t take up a lot of space.

When I was a kid I remember mostly playing games on my gameboy advance and some on my computer. The most prominent that I remember are called 'King of the Dragons', 'Blue's Journey', and another one that I really loved called Re-Volt. I had happy summers playing Re-Volt.

I have to say: despite hating when people's nostalgia makes said people more toxic at times to the point of reaching "old man yells at cloud" territory, I also can't resist being nostalgic. I am showing my age here and I doubt anyone will know what this is, but...when I was 7 or 8, I had this SNES game called Family Dog. I have since remembered it and bought it again (thankfully it's dirt cheap). I'm also just now learning it was based on an unsuccessful animated show apparently created by Tim Burton and Steven Spielberg as a collab. With none other than Danny Elfman doing the music.

Back in 2020 BotW was the game that brought me back to the hobby after 10+ years. I think we can agree the 90's was the pivotal era for gaming.

This brought back so many memories!! I’m also such a nostalgic person…. I probably played about 70% of these games too! I LOVED webkinz as a kid, I only had 2 plushies but I played soooo much with them. Unfortunately I’m super bitter and sad whenever I’m reminded about that game because my account got deleted (“archived”) and it crushed me :( For Barbie games, I had Barbie Rapunzel! The Barbie games were so good, also the Wow! wow! wubbzy! games!!! So cool to see someone else who remembers those too! You’re so real for saying you’re a wimp, me too girl LOL like i get so unnerved and creeped out so easily, i was afraid of EVERYTHING as a kid. Scooby Doo freaked me out lol like a lot of earlier cartoons had such weird vibes but yeah i loved this! My nostalgia comes mainly from usual stuff like Mario, Zelda, Pokemon games all over the NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Game Boy Color, GBA, DS, have some nostalgic moments with some Wii games too Playing the SNES ports of Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 2, the pro wrestling games and Tony Hawk games in both N64 and Gamecube, finally playing Majora's Mask with the Gamecube port I also have lots of nostalgia for Fire Emblem Path of Radiance on Gamecube, saw it one day at a Gamestop, bought it and was hooked for weeks Buying a preowned complete in box copy of Tales of Symphonia for the Gamecube for $10 bucks in a local video rental store that also sold preowned games and just playing that for like a month until completing, in the same video store I got a preowned copy of the original version of Resident Evil 4 for $20 like 4 months after the game released and other places having it at $40 preowned at the cheapest XD

you should do a final tour of webkinz and record it. just do a complete tour of everything you have. so that way in case it ever shuts down. you still have your video of you experiencing it for the last time. i was into facebooks flash games. like yoville and farmville. i was mad addicted. that was my WoW. its my mmo and i needed to log in every day. do my dailies and socialize. it was so fun. and i knew there was a reason why i love you. i love skylanders!!! i love that game on the wii. and it was so fun on the wii. like when you have the key on the level. you jam the wii mote to open the door. that was so fun. and shaking the wiimote to open a treasure chest. i love drobot and trigger happy. basically any ranged skylander. stealth elf i knew was a favorite, but i wasnt so good at playing her because i got killed easily. skylanders have a big cult following today, some skylanders are still so expensive. and yes buy yourself a wii. and i heard your into modding. they are so easy to hack. have a great day. video games were so fun back then.

This will be showing my age a bit lol but the original Mario Bros with Duck Hunt and Zelda were the games that got me started. I would watch my older cousins play then they would let me try. The first console I would ever own was the Sega Genesis and it came with Sonic 2, so that system and game has a special place in my heart. When I got a bit older I got a Nintendo 64 with Mario Kart 64, Quake 2 and eventually Resident Evil 2. Later ended up with a Playstation and Dreamcast. Those systems introduced me to my first RPGs like Legend of Dragoon and Shenmue. Ps2/xbox/gamecube is probably my favorite generation ever because of games like God of war, Resident Evil series and Halo. I have many more but it's too many to list lol.

I’m definitely a bit younger than you, but I got started on the PS1, the first game we bought was called Coolboarders2 which my Dad loved watching my brother and I play. There was also the N64 as something I played at my after school care or a mate’s house during primary school. We’d always play Pokemon Stadium, MK64, F-Zero after playing chasey or sport in the gymnasium. I’d always also watch my brother or another older kid play Banjo Kazooie or Donkey Kong. At my mate’s house, it was even more pokemon stadium, GoldenEye and perfect dark or computer games like Worms 3D. First proper start I’d say though was a GameCube, which I had for a short period of time with games like Sonic Adventure, then we replaced it with a PS2 with a vast range of things like Ratchet and Clank, more sonic and some dragon ball z games. Game boy advance was another piece of my childhood, then eventually the Wii + DS family. By 2009, I’d get my hands on the PS3/360 which had even more of my favourite mascots with a lot of their best entries even in the current day. I definitely wouldn’t be able to decide on what I enjoyed the most, but the 5th-7th Gen was definitely my sweetspot. 8th Gen was a sort of in between point between then and now. Very interested to see what the rest of this gen has to offer.
