So that one potato, where in the bed? Middle or edge? What was the average weight? How long from the first dig did you let me mature?

It was at the very end of the bed, in the middle of the row, where it had more sunlight and near a water emitter. Planted mid April, harvested Sep 4th. These were spaced 12 inches apart otherwise.
