(My story is not about a eating disorder) One time I was at a kids party and the party was so long they were serving lunch and dinner. I wasn't expecting to stay long, but because of my patents I had to. They served lunch. It was pizza. I didn't eat, and ended up having only water and a half of a banana for lunch. Then, it was dinner a few hours later. They had more pizza. I didn't eat again. A little boy noticed this and came by my seat to talk to me. He sat down and told me his name, then he asked why I wasn't eating. He asked if I liked pizza. I told him yes, but I can't eat it today. He looked at me and asked why. I told him I was on a military diet and wanted to stick to it to loose weight. He asked me if I was in the military. Of course, I said no. Then, he asked why I want to loose weight. I stood quiet for a few then answered "because I'm over the weight I'm supposed to be. He said something that changes how I view diets and myself. He said that the doctor said the same thing about him and asked if he should do the diet also, I said no it would be too hard because you're always hungry and have a loss of energy. Also this kid looked fine to me. Then he asked me if that is what happens then why do I do it? I was speechless. After that I didn't care about the eight pounds extra and loved myself for who I was. Thank you Ronan, thank you a lot.

I always see this kind of take on eating disorders, where there's diet plans and models that they aspire to be, plus exercise. My experience was completely different though. Great film nonetheless ❤️

Women put too much pressure on themselves. They don't understand how much they are loved. The media is not real. Most of it is photoshop images because I had a job photoshop'n magazine image back in the early 90's. before then it was airbrushing photos. just be you. Any decent portrait artist finds beauty in everyone and always make a perfect picture from everyone.

I feel I’m not good enough to my family. My mom is mad all the time because I have straight A’s but one is 96 instead of 100. I spend my free time drawing instead of studying or reading. When I clean, something isn’t good enough. My dad on the other hand loves my half-brother more than me when he is with MY mom. Hell, he’d do anything for my brother but not me. My sister constantly calls me fat and overweight, so has a ‘friend’ of mine. I tried out for basketball and I overheard a girl gossiping saying, ‘Why is [my name] on the team? She can’t even play.’ I have stared at a knife and wondered, should I? I never did though. I know some people care for me. I have friends who are funny and amazing. Stay strong guys.

Oh my god eating 300 calories a day can’t make you faint and it’s highly dangerous!!!!! , about less than 910 calories a day is what I normally use to reduce weight
