Vitello Tonnato is one of these classics that I never get tired of. I was in Milano recently at a restaurant called Trippa, and they make one of the best Vitello Tonnato that I have ever eaten, this is my attempt to recreate it. I might not be 100% there in the execution but the taste is sure amazing.
