:21 starts with the Broadway Fillmore Intersection. Within a mile radius, 3 drug gangs have continued dealing for 29 years that I've seen. Maybe a bit quieter than years past and less visible, but non stop. A lot of housing destruction. Some newer immigrants moving in has tightened things up. A major family member of Buffalo's drug dealing mob was taken out. With a recent story on record drug overdoses, Marijuana needs to be more quickly brought to stores to help with the purity issue. Better Outreach on the more addictive drugs. It may be unclear if new housing can be built in such uncertain financial times. Community food gardens should be welcomed.

Who cares? Make HOCUHL live there and give her, her own shopping cart. Hold her pay in escrow until she leaves office and if she's seen outta the hood or she takes a cab? 10 YEARS HARD PRISON TIME! But if you get out alive? All your pay from the time you got in till you get out!
