This time I would like to introduce Japan's TONJIRU.
TONJIRU is a dish of pork and vegetables stewed in miso.
It is more popular among Japanese than regular miso soup and has become a standard dish.
Just remember some simple tips and you'll be in great shape, so be sure to watch the video until the end.
On this channel, ordinary Japanese office workers introduce Japanese home cooking.
If you write your opinions and impressions in the comment section, it will encourage me to create future videos.
If you liked this video, please hit the thumbs up button and subscribe to the channel.

That looks very tasty. I love soups, so thanks a lot for sharing with us Masuru. I cant get Konnyaku and Burdock here in Switzerland, so I will just have to do without it.

I am always grateful for your help. The last thing I put on was togarasi. You knew it well. As expected. In Japan, it is common to sprinkle togarasi on things like pork soup and warm udon noodles.

This is a really well put-together video! The subtitles are also very accurate, did you write them yourself or did you use a translator?
