Yep...the judge should have asked to see her phone...And looked for herself...She didn't say she didn't have her phone...Just that, according to her, there was no text. But a quick look at her phone and if she still had texts would solve that issue...I have texts from people from years ago...Until it gets too large that I have to remove something they will stay. Or in the case of business dealings I will keep them for a year.

Harvey's portions are just plain annoying.
