Not sure if you should buy the 2023 Honda CR-V EXL?

I tried a Honda CR-V EXL a couple of weeks ago. I really liked it. It was very car like regarding driving. It felt pretty peppy. It handled bumps well and was pretty quiet.

Really thorough presentation without unnecessary fluff as filler. The cabin spaciousness paired with cargo space is most important for my 6’ wife and my 6’3” self…thanks for the comparison info as well.

If I upgrade my 2018 EX I’m not impressed with the 2023. I like having the back seat chargers, flat cargo with back seats down and hate the screen sticking up that high. Also nice to have the back seat release in the tail. Looks like we’re being pushed to the hybrids.

5:30 the EX and EX-L offer a set of backseat USB-C ports as a dealer installed accessory.

You can order the part from honda and it just plugs right in after removing the dummy cover. Very simple if it's a big deal to anyone. It's a 1 minute install.

my first oils change smell gas in dip stick check on napkin 4000 miles oil and my 140000 miles Lexus with no smell of gas and cleaner oil on napkin I am screwed

Great video but no usb charger in the rear cabin, in the EXL trim?! That's absurd. For the price it should have that and heated back seats. I'm going to get the KIA Sportage. Save money and get more features. Edit: did the math with the price of a new CRV coming out to $730 a month with 0 down. I got the 2023 Tesla model Y long range. I save money on gas + maintenance + ev credit + no sales tax + NJ $2k incentive and I got all the features I wanted and more.

That info is not entirely true. The 2022 Hybrid Touring has a total horsepower output of 212. Which is higher than the 204 the 2023 has. So the 2022 is more powerful than the 2023.

Apparently the horsepower is calculated differently this year than last year. By this year’s standards, last year’s hybrid developed 201 hp. But the more significant metric is torque, and there is more of it this year.

I love my 22 model I don’t think I would want to buy a 23 model it’s just not appealing to me and I love the wood grain design in the inside so sleek and very nice and everything so I’m good 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🫵👍🚨
