Don't allow people to use you or they will. I worked with a lady that said similar things she had no where to go. I let her move in, she tried to suck every part of me dry. She was a drunk and did not take care of her own son who was 9 yrs old. She's rather be in a bar drinking than making sure he had his homework done. I was working 2 jobs so I did not see most of her shady ways. She would just up an leave her 9 yr old son with my 14 yr old daughter. and her 17 yr old daughter. Naw, what really happened was she must have been homeless and or on drugs and wanted a place to stay for the night or a prescription and made up symptoms to go to the hospital. That happens a lot in the ER. Then after realizing she wasn't going to get a stay for the night or meds she hit on him and solicited sex to get a place to stay and used him. Used him for a year no less! It makes no sense that her family left on a trip while she was having a panic attack and being sent to the hospital and locking her out of the house. I believe she was struggling and used him in her darkest hour and won't take responsibility for her actions and problems she created in this relationship, which is what it was. That's a shame and very serious that she trying to say he was raping her. That is absurd and a lie to pull on heart strings of ppl by yelling rape. Let's be real, you don't feel good about what you did and how you used your own body to pretend to like this guy to get a leg up and now regret it and are turning the narrative around so you don't have to admit to yourself how you handle yourself in your dark time AND you are looking for another pay day off this guy again! She's foul!

So, she was homeless and tried to fake an illness to go to the hospital in the hopes of being admitted for a few days, and she would have a place to stay for a few days, and food. She is nothing but a loser and abuser .. She used this man and messed with his head and heart .. Seeing the tears from a grown man You know he loved her cared for her then she accuses him of raping her ... He is really lucky to get away from him before she did something to really destroy his life forever..

Exactly seems like to me he was fishing because he goes into work and brings home a patient that’s clearly mentally distraught and disabled…

Her family dropped her off at the hospital and leave for the weekend that should of be his first clue that something is wrong.

This was a ride from the first sentence out of the plaintiffs mouth. The judge could not wait to drop that gavel. Lol

Wait, she has some serious issues. This guy is wrong with sleeping with a patient but her story is off, it's weird. She is saying that she stayed with him for a year because of basically Stockholm syndrome. Her story is implausible and this guy is jeopardizing his career by making a bad rash decision. This is wild, just crazy, and he is paying the price.

She’s a manipulative, free-loading fraud who played that guy…and went back for more. Good call to reject her, Judge

I know this is an old episode, but the defendant is beyond hurt over the lies and being used by the plaintiff. Had he not gotten involved and brought a stranger home, this whole heartache episode could’ve been avoided! Hopefully he learned a valuable lesson. 🥺🙏

She definitely saw him coming and her reactions to what he’s retelling about what she did are absurd because she probably can’t believe she did that herself even though she actually did it. She’s a user an a very dangerous woman. I feel bad for him.

Grrrlll! What’s the matter with U!? Your sister dropped U off? Why couldn’t U call or stay with her? Did U not have money for a room... Wow? So many questions.... Looks so well put together, looks are deceiving

She was trying to make him her Sugar Daddy whether he wanted it or not. The fact she went for the max $5000 is a clear indicator of a gold digging wanna-be.

he was vulnerable and she took advantage , I am going to make a speculation that she got more mentally going on then major depression. Hospitals especially the ER got all types of weird people .
