Put a Diesel engine on it like that one in the Stiga mower, a Hatz Diesel. Those will outlast anyone of us and has more torque so might be useful for that skid steer 😊

Bit of dejavu there haha I replaced my engine for Briggs vanguard 14hp new housing gear link new pump etc You can convert the standard Honda's I have done it with the gx390 you need a 65mm hole saw to cut the hole for starter to go through to the flywheel starter bolts form behind the flywheel. I do have a video on my channel of the first start up on that engine I converted looking forward to seeing yours going again 👌

Let me know Kev, either a GX340 or GX390 with a strait 25.4mm or 1” crank will fit. I haven’t ordered one yet.
