I also chipped a tooth, ironically it happened while at dental assisting school. You can get it filed or (for more money) have them put a filling on it to restore it fully. Either one is good, but for sure consult the dentist first to see what the pros think is best for your specific chip.

Don't forget that average (or mean) earnings is meaningless for hyperbolic earnings distributions (imagine a very steep ski slope with the bottom on the left and the almost vertical top on the right).

Question about PVs, QVs, etc. You mention they "generally" equal around $1. On those comp plans, do they indicate anywhere what the monetary value of each point is? If not in the comp plan, do they list it anywhere, or is it up to the rep to do the math?

It honestly changes from MLM to MLM. But traditionally it’s around $1. Usually they have a tracker in their back office that helps them know where they are through the month. It will track personal points and group volume.

God suuuuure sends out a lot of divine messages about MLM!🙄 do you think there’s RLY a legitimate list of the top earners in all of MLM? I only ask cuz ya know how much they all lie and embellish like all saying they’re the #1 MLM company or have the #1 comp plan etc. So, my first thought was is it real? It would be a pretty hard list to compile, it’s one thing to know annual revenue of the MLM itself, but each rep is tricky. Just wondering!! So glad I found your content in the last month, subbed on the first video & have watched them all since💜🩷💙

Whatever the list is… they’re definitely basing it strictly off of gross commissions. I’m assuming it was some Network Marketing reporting website that broadcasted the highest earners. They for sure did not factor in expenses, recruiting, team size, or product buying.

Even if it was an ethical business model, I wouldn't want the stress of working for an MLM and having to worry about things like keeping my legs balanced. There are so many CBD products out there, these would be hard to sell because they are probably more expensive than most other brands.

Agreed. The comp plans are hardly competitive, and rely fully on recruiting. They call it sales, but you’re actually just selling a dream.

Easy way to think about how average income is skewed: imagine the highest paid is Jeff Bezos & the lowest paid is like pruvit @ 11/yr or Monday @ 28/yr…. Then they find the middle of that number… it would still be a $h!t ton of money, but obv that’s not a fair representation. That’s why MLM at least include both!!

That’s why I prefer when they have median income on their income disclosure. It’s so much more accurate and debunks the “not everyone builds a business” mantra that reps love to tote.🙃
