Imagine getting on a business call and your “bosses” start trauma dumping and making your work about them. Such a strange dynamic

Holy front loading Batman. I feel like she sees her background as a flex, giving her a sense of authority, but all I see is someone who is buying inventory that she doesn’t seem to be able to sell to stay active. I can imagine that wall of wax costing her at least $10k.

YES. A friend of mine gifted me a burner and melts from this company years ago, and I used it once--it was SO overpowering! Even just the packs of wax/the little puck left over in the burner, unplugged and stored, nearly knocked me out every time I opened the closet it was in. I had to get rid of it. I can't believe she's sitting in that room and remaining coherent 😅

I am actually a little surprised to hear both of them recommend that you not live in all-Scentsy life. If they aren't careful they may come across some anti-MLM content and start to wake up!

These ladies contradict themselves constantly. You should let people see you sweat and overcome but also you need to make people want your job. You shouldn't let your whole life be about Scentsy, but don't let things like personal loss distract you from your business. The try to appear balanced and business-minded but they can't hide the culty mindset.

I wonder if retirement is just seen as so unobtainable we are changing the meaning now. I knew from elementary that the jokes of retirement being unrealistic for us and social security or savings not going to be caught up with inflation were being said for a reason.

Our generation will definitely not have a social security retirement. But that’s a whole other conversation.😂

@jadadallas58913 сағат бұрын
@@therealsarahjean huns redefine words all the time. How they use "edify" drives me crazy. And I am not against words changing meaning or gaining new meaning. That is what happens in living languages. I hate when the huns do it. 😅

"Only work when it feels good." I thought that's how it's sold to new recruits? Also, I feel like I'm the only one who feels like "retiring your husband" sounds so emasculating. I'll understand if others disagree, but I know my husband wouldn't have stood for that. He was an amazing man who was proud of what he did, and would have kept doing regardless of how successful I became.
@therealsarahjean6 сағат бұрын
Their job is to fit whatever narrative they’re catering to that moment. They tote this “retired husband” trend without admitting it’s not retirement…

1:00:30 ish "Make logical decisions" meanwhile earlier they were praising God which is not logical and anyone who was actually logical would not be running a Scentsy business because their logical mind would tell them to "do your research" and they'd find videos like this one and others ... and wouldn't be joining. Multiple streams of actual income is a good thing. Being in multiple pyramid schemes is not that. Running several scams at once while also being a victim of said scams is of course a bad idea. Have a 9 to 5, sell your crocheted knickknacks on the side. Mow peoples' lawns on your off days. All of that is legitimate streams of income. None of us here will ever be millionaires, but we can do multiple streams successfully. MLM isn't a stream of income, it is a scam.
