The difference maker here isn't that Basculegion was slower than expected, it's that Cetitan is weirdly fast for some reason. Base 73 is remarkable for something that looks as lumbering as that.

I got trapped in a battle where a lickitung had wish, supersonic, and body slam....it was my first gym battle and my team of 3 couldnt do ANYTHING! and then another one i had an emolga doing double team nuzzle thunder shock and quick attack i couldnt do ANYTHING and was again a first gym battle but none of my six pokemons could hit it
