This is the best preparation I have seen so far for making this. My preference for a dipping sauce is a caper, anchovy, lemon. and white wine sauce. Having been born and raised in Yonkers NY I have had it this way in quite a few Italian restaurants in the area including the Bronx...

Follow up: I made both the parmesan and the soy broccolini. Parmesan: I liked it a lot. It was not my favorite of these two...but it is delicious. I might try adding some lemon zest to it as well next time to, "wake it up" a bit maybe. But it was great. The soy lime: This is now my favorite vegetable side dish. Holy shit, this is so good. There is so much depth of flavor. The soy, with the undercurrent of heat from the red pepper flakes...and the lime against the sesame oil and shallots....just amazing! Thank you for introducing me to broccolini my dude. I'll be making this A LOT!

I love broccoli rabe the best, sautéed in olive oil and tons of garlic. Try sauté Italian sausages, hot or sweet or combo, remove casing first, cooking with sautéed garlic. Remove. Now sauté broccoli rabe, that’s cut into bite size pieces, add a can of cannelli beans, add sausage, Romano cheese, a drizzle of olive oil. Eat as is or over pasta, like bow ties, Rigatoni. ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸
