Is it weird that I prefer my fish with cocktail sauce? 🙃

I love this idea! Fried eggplant and roasted bell peppers are 2 of my favorite things ❤ Im wondering if this needs to be eaten warm perse, or of its something I can make in the morning and then have for lunch or later in the day, when I'm out and taking lunch with me. I feel like the inside of the bread should be toasted if you want to let it sit for a while. Also im not a fan of arugula, but that's easily substituted with any other kind of lettuce. (Well perhaps not the devils one 😅) and the vinegarette seems awesome, however you would need a good balsamic, and from the bottle used in the video I'd say, that was definitely a high quality one. Usually not easily available at like supermarkets, but rather something to be getting at a specialty store. Unfortunately I don't have a good one on hand at the moment, I really need to go find myself a nice one again. I'm going to see if the apple cider vinegar I got gifted the other day is up for the task. Haven't tasted it yet, but supposedly its a really good one

5:49 I can attest the man knows what he's doing and how he cooks his meatballs, pan frying them in some oil on top of the stove is the best, I've tried to bake them in the oven nowhere even close to the flavor you get, of course I wouldn't use as much oil but ...

Try your recipe with poblano peppers instead of red bell peppers.

I'd personally remove the bone. I don't think it adds anything and just gets in the way when cooking more than it helps (yes it makes a little handle).

Everyone knows it's not the knowledge of the recipe nor the skill of the chef that makes a good dish, it's the $200 pans.

There is no cream in tiramisu, just eggs, sugar, and mascarpone and you only need 2 bowls to make it.

Nice Recipe, but I would add My Special Touch to it. I would get Provolone Cheese Slices, shape two into a Cone, then place that Cone into the cored-out Bread, before adding The Meatballs.

I'm Italian and my issue isn't the lack of eggs, it's your pronunciation. It's masCARpone, not MARscapone. There's no "R" as the third letter. Americans always do this and it's incorrect.
