China is moving aircraft carriers and planes are flying into Taiwan airspace. All other countries citizens are being told to avoid Asia currently! Louis is a man of his word… he’ll be back, when it’s safe.

Actually, I don't really know how Twitter works. Does the time show differently depending on which country or server the viewer is using? So it might have been 5.28 in the States (I know there's more than one time zone) but someone looking at it in the UK might see 10:28 pm and someone in Australia might see something like 8:28 am? Or does it show the time of the time zone that it was posted in, or the time of the country the tweeters account is registered in?

Christina: it may not have been his decision at all. Governments may intervene on behalf of their citizens, right? Like here when the State Department issues restricted travel announcements. I don’t mean to jump to any conclusion but I’m not sure, whatever is happening, that he’s pulling the strings. I hope Louis, his family, band, and dearest ones are well. He can only say what he can say. I do wish life could roll out smoothly for him, but as your song choices remind us, this guy is nothing if not resilient.

Sometimes people wouldn't have much of a choice because governments might intervene, though Tbf, I have seen nothing on the news to suggest that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has issued any advice against travel to Asia and, also, to be fair, I would assume that any such advice at the moment would only apply to China and Taiwan and not to Japan and other countries in the Far East.

@Betty Lou. Tbf, IF (and we don't know what has caused this cancellation), but IF it is to do with China moving warships into the waters of Taiwan, that only happened yesterday (6th April) so therefore wouldn't have affected Harry's tour.

And how can you be so quick to judge when none of us knows what the reason is? Anyone who is a true fan, in my opinion, would have a little concern and common decency at least until they knew why these cancellations have happened.

Sorry but you don't know the reason behind this decision. Lou cares deeply about his fans and HE would NEVER do anything to hurt them. PLEASE, from the bottom of my heart, don't misjudge or accuse him. I can understand being upset about the cancellation of Asian Leg but he deserves everything now except hate.

Just have a thought before saying something , he was very excited for this tour and there must be a real problem due to which he took this decision. It is a very tough moment for him , time and again he has to go through these obstacles . If you cannot say anything good , don't put him down either. We should support him.
