If you say you're "busy," you'd feel like you're lying because to be "busy" suggests previous engagements and a To-Do list. If you were to say, "I have plans," then those "plans" can be *anything* you intend to do (or not). Rearranging your sock drawer may not be "busy," but it's "plans." Sitting on the couch and watching paint dry or reading random wiki pages may not be "busy," but it's "plans." ^J^ And yes, your shifting the POV from being "busy" to "not feeling up to it" is an effective way to enforce vitality boundaries.

@@froggy8923 I appreciate the kind words. The easiest way to expand how you articulate your thoughts is to read and watch/listen more to how other people express themselves. The focus would be less on *what* these people are saying and more about *how* they're saying it. Although, it'd be more meaningful or satisfying to at least seek out topics that you want to learn more about or have formed no opinion on yet. ^~^

I would love love love if you made a video on the food, cafes, art, activities, and overall spots in Seoul that you love and spark joy for you. People like me who (hates noisy environments, noisy people, too much people's gathering, feels discomfortable when I meet up with new people).Those people thought I am arrogant. They are just not try to understand that I am Introvert person .🎉🎉🎉At least I found someone who is just like me🎉🎉🎉.
