In case you need to hear it, I've been where you're at, maybe not at the exact same point but I know depression and how much of a dick it is and I know that eventually you will be able to feel again, especially when you have a therapists to help you make the mental adaptations that help you shut down those dumb intrusive thoughts. Its crazy. A friend of mine (she was 21 at the time) did this findom stuff over a website. Some month she would make between 5-6k € just by insulting people in the chat.
