Heey Ronnie! Am one of your biggest fans, followed you since 1997. Whan an inspiration. True legend in my eyes.. Now.. You know, how train,eat,get big ronnie. What about doing some youtube videos,where you are going in depth, with plans,meals,training, how you used to train and so on. There are to much false information spreading on youtube.. where all videos comes for persons who claims they are "Nutrition Helper" and tell people to train on a whole other level and trying to get people away from old school lifting. Please chance that Ronnie, old school lifting is the most effective bodybuilding training you can do. Not matter what all those studies shows.

Ronnie was robbed many times and overlooked by the bodybuilding media and industry before winning the 1998 Olympia, so it's perfectly understandable why he didn't believe he was going to take first place. Shitty judging and corruption as it is in all sports and businesses.

That corruption and shitty judging worked in his favor later on though. There is at least a couple Mr. Olympias he should not have won.

@@James-qu6ul actually I think he deserved every Mr Olympia he won, you could argue for 01 and 05 but I wouldn't say they were robberies. True Olympia robberies were years like 97 or 07. I wouldn't say Ronnie was robbed before 98 as well, he wasn't top 5 worthy before with the likes of Ray, Dorian, Levrone, Flex, Nasser, Dillet etc
