Good video. It is said what we resist, it persists.The concept of acceptance is taught rather drilled in at various centers where yoga n philosophy is taught. Still incorporating on daily basis be stuck in traffic or some one losing a job or a loved one departs suddenly, at that moment being equanimous and accepting is difficult. But there is no other way i guess. It would have been good to be born with those qualities 😄

A video idea: The wrong questions to ask. A review of questions that are based on misunderstandings. Guess it would be either questions that don’t make sense, or questions that are irrelevant. Ones you’ve been asked frequently, ones you can imagine people are wondering, or even out of the ordinary questions you found interesting. I’d be interested!

What foolishness is this? The three states are waking, dreaming, and deep, dreamless sleep. Why focus on that which comes and goes...instead, focus that which is beyond the three. States don't concern me.
