I tried front foot elevated split squats for the first time a few months back, if you haven’t tried them you should. They are great

@@GrayMatterLiftingI have a couple of 3/4” 1’x2’ pieces of plywood and 3/4” 1’x2’ pieces of horse stall mats I stack on the edge of my deadlift platform.

@adambomb611 gotcha. I typically have 3 variations of each exercise, that might be my 3rd for the split squats. I'll give it a shot for the next block.

That would be the Squat Harness... graymatterlifting.com/SquatHarness Code: GML15 should save ya 15% too... Using this for a number of things like sled work, these split squats, and a few more items.
